Yes, it's true, the above asked question it makes sense to think twice before starting our own day. Often we realize that we easily wasted our time by engaging with social media platforms in hypocritic a way for making self-awareness about our colleagues or friends or relative or sometimes for searching for love ones instead of utilizing the same time for creating ourselves.

       Perhaps, it is easy to start running our own day in own way. Yes, it is very easy to run your own day my making simple resolutions.


Starts from 1mins a day – make things which suits to you.
For example – starts concentrate on your own breath for 1min.
     When you won this small battle of concentrate or meditate on your own breath for a single minute, you will get the internal pleasure, as at least you start your own way or decision to made it possible.

    And always remember, for making big succession you have to stars to begin with something. So, if you won the battel of 1min breathing, you have the sleeping capability to make yourself successful.

     Most of us live without plans or routines. Remember one thing, if you will not help yourself, then no one will help you to improve yourself.

     As even the children’s billionaires need to go to the gym for their own fitness, as money does not help you to fit yourself. If you want to get rich, become healthy, become famous, or be what you aspire you need to plan what you do daily and this is one of the secrets of any successful person.
