Jawaharlal Nehru - the eminent lawyer, leader of an independent movement of India, First longest-serving Prime Minister of India who planted modern and practical based India which was the great step taken as a PM in the last century to build a great nation.
The steps he has taken and served the country to build the nation in the modern way, which was an impossible kind of thing to build a newborn nation in that way.

Hindu code bills - introduced four acts include - Hindu marriage act (1955), the Hindu Succession Act (1956), the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act (1956), the Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act (1956). All the acts which changed the family system of India and given exposure to women and the practical based system. All the acts started abolishing the various unwanted rituals, customs, and rules.
- The Hindu Marriage act codified the marriage customs into the act,
- The Hindu Succession Act has given the right to women in the ancestral property,
- The Hindu Adoptions acts and Maintainance act rewrites the process of adoption of a child by Hindu Adult and maintenance of various members of the family including wife, parents, and in-laws, etc.
- The Hindu Minority and Guardianship act serves the law for the guardianship between adults and minors, also includes peoples of all ages and their respective property.
